Cancellation: All pre-booked tours must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival with GoToParis. Cancel penalty will be 15% per reservation once confirmed and processed. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours for these pre-booked tours are 100% non-refundable.
