| Bateaux Parisiens Seine River Cruises This e-mail is long overdue, but necessary to write. In November, 2006, I was planning to meet my fiancé in Paris for only a weekend. Therefore, I was looking at websites to make the most of our time and energy and when I came across your website, I made inquiries. One of your employees, Maggie was the person whom always responded to my queries. This is the purpose of this e-mail. Basically, I am writing to praise Maggie for her outstanding customer service. I had a whole day in Paris before my finacé arrived and wanted to go shopping. Maggie did everything she could, short of flying to Paris herself to try and arrange my excursion for me. I must add that she was both patient and tenacious with me and for that I am truly grateful. Although, I was unable to book a tour, I enjoyed the rapport we established and ended up booking a night time tour with her which was the Dinner Cruise on the Seine. The dinner cruise was probably one of the highlights of my life and I have Maggie to thank for her recommendations. She told me to book on a Sunday night so the boat would not be as crowded and that we would get superior service and top notch seating and both things happened. She also suggested the mid range package with a window seat and a better selection of wine. Again, she was absolutely correct. My fondest memory of the trip is dancing in the lights of Paris on the Seince as the Eiffel Tower came in view overhead from the glass ceiling. I have Maggie to thank for this. Please know that you have an excellent employee in Maggie. She represents your company with the highest standards.
